About

Backend systems engineer with strong interest in AI infrastructure and FullStack development.

I am a software engineer currently working at Zoho, focused on backend engineering with a strong full-stack background. My work spans distributed systems, AI-agent infrastructure and platform capabilities, product development, etc, powering real production use cases.

At Zia Agents, I architected and built the core platform backbone powering agent orchestration, tool integrations, shared state management, context handling, RAG pipelines, observability, and multi-agent collaboration.

I also took ownership & led a major architectural shift from synchronous blocking workflows to a distributed event-driven architecture, enabling parallel execution & multi-agents collaboration, improved fault tolerance, enhanced observability, and independent scaling of workloads across the platform.

My approach to building software is straightforward: build reliable foundations, design for extensibility, and keep developer ergonomics high so the team can move fast without compromising quality.

Outside of work, I enjoy slowing things down a bit, listening to songs that bring back memories, getting lost in a good movie or series, and occasionally exploring ideas that spark curiosity. The entrepreneur in me is always quietly looking for things worth building.

Engineering Principles

Reliability First

Design failure-aware systems with clear observability and predictable recovery.

Extensibility by Design
